Punch in to fix a section

Step by step

1. 01

   Drag in the ruler's top strip to set the cycle range around the section you want to replace, then click the range once so it doesn't loop.

2. 02

   Turn on Punch on the transport bar or press I.

3. 03

   Press R: playback starts two seconds before the range.

4. 04

   Recording starts and stops at the locators by itself, and the transport stops a second later.
